How do I pay for my order?
 When ordering with PayPal, you can pay with Mastercard and Visa or Contact us to Direct Credit our Account using Internet Banking
You are welcome to send cash, cheque or postal order made payable to VirusClothing with an order to our office.
Please note when sending cash or postal orders that we can take no responsibility for order lost in the post. We therefore recommend sending cash by special delivery and keeping your counterfoil until your goods have been delivered for postal orders.

How do I take care of a screenprint?
 Here are some basic steps that should help you care for, and get the best out of your new screenprinted garments...

Store screenprinted clothing in a dry enviroment.Do not soak garment.
When ironing ,iron the reverse side of the garment with a hot setting but avoid scortching the fabric.
Tumble-drying most cotton fabrics may cause garment shrinkage but will not damage the print.
Bleaching will not affect the print but will remove colour from the base fabric.

How long will it take to receive my order?
 Delivery times are subject to NZ Express Couriers, order usually take 1-3 days for delivery. If the item is out of stock or needs to be made up to order delivery can be up to 28 days.
In the exceptional circumstance that delivery will take longer than 28 days we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
We also offer a next day delivery service. This costs $5.00, and the order must be placed over the phone before 3pm on the previous day. This is only available within the NZ, and you should receive your order by 1pm the following day.
NB This is subject to the items ordered being kept in stock.

How will my order be sent?
 With us you can shop in confidence, we use NZCourierPost Trackpacs and CourierPost, on the hanger service for more than 8 garments- NZ ONLY. For International, Your order will be sent International Post,larger items we will use a parcel delivery service.International orders can be Insured and are tracked throughout the delivery process .If you do not want your orders sent this way please inform one of our customer service employees or leave us a note when ordering online.

How will the transaction show up on my bank statement?
 The transaction will appear under the name Virus Clothing on your statement.

I live abroad can I still place an order with you?
 Yes. When placing your order select your country. Orders overseas usually take an additional 5-7 working days. Some countries might take a little longer. You can choose your currency on our website all non NZ Dollar prices are for guidance only your card will be charged in NZ Dollars.

We may require additional identification information for some countries depending on the order value. There are also some countries to which we can't deliver.

Please also note that your local customs may have restrictions on the goods being sent or import duties for which we cannot be held responsible.

The item(s) I have ordered are too small/big. How do I return it?
 All of our items come with a 7 day money back guarantee.
If you are unhappy with any of our products or you would like to exchange them for a different size, an alternative product or a refund of your money please read our conditions below.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Goods must be returned to us unused.
Goods of an intimate nature are non refundable and exchangeable once they have been opened.

If any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Faulty items returned after the 7 day period will be refunded or replaced at our discretion subject to inspection of the defect reported.

When returning items for an exchange or refund please include our returns form. Alternatively return the items back to us with a note on the packing slip telling us what you would like us to do.
If you are requesting an exchange then please include NZ$5.00, or authority to debit your credit card, to cover the postage cost back to you.
Please note we will not be responsible for returned items lost in the post so use Special Delivery if appropriate
